- License activation or recovery data when licensing is active, such as license email, app version, device or activation identifiers, and activation time.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the website, provide downloads, process purchases and licenses, respond to support and refund requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN, security, Pages, and R2 infrastructure. Paddle acts as merchant of record for checkout, taxes, receipts, subscription management if applicable, and refund support. Email and support providers may process messages sent to Painless Codeworks.
Cookies and Analytics
This static site does not currently use account registration, checkout scripts, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. If analytics, checkout, or license services are enabled later, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for support, licensing, security, accounting, tax, legal, and business purposes. Paddle may retain transaction records under its own policies as merchant of record.
